Chelsea Foyer provides young adults with supported transitional housing in a co-ed setting. Residents participate in a personalized program of services with the goal of preparing them for independent permanent housing, employment, and careers. Applicants must be aging out of foster care, homeless, or at-risk of homelessness up to 24 months.
