The Door's mission is to help young people reach their potential by providing youth development services in a diverse and caring environment.

The Talent Search Program helps under-represented youth to successfully complete high school and gain entrance into post-secondary schools.
Services offered include advisement and resources in college awareness, the college search, financial aid and applications, and transitioning from high school to college, college preparation workshops, college visits, a college fair, financial aid workshops, and a resource library.
